• Partner Identification (including support for the Puente Empresarial Model – PEM)
• Guidance on Trade Regulations and Compliance
• General Inquiry & Support

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information; however, due to the dynamic nature of international trade and regulations, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of all information provided on our website.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as may be requested by us.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including US export control laws and Cuban import regulations.
• Not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in any way that violates these Terms.
• Not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or impair our Services or the servers and networks connected to our Services.
• Be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees and Payments

Details regarding fees for our services will be provided through separate agreements, proposals, or invoices. All payments are due as per the terms specified in those documents. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Cuba Export Solutions website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cuba Export Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Cuba Export Solutions does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Maryland for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
